About the event:
Any list of the BBC's biggest radio DJs must include Seva Novgorodsev, famous all over the former Soviet Union for broadcasting pop music across the Iron Curtain and poking fun at the regime. In the 1980s it's thought that 25 million people regularly tuned their shortwave radios to hear Seva's crackly broadcasts of David Bowie, Queen and Michael Jackson on the BBC Russian Service. The influence of these programmes, arriving at the end of the Soviet era, was enormous.
The event is of mixed attendance and entry is allowed upon presenting one of the following certificates:
1. Negative rapid or pcr test within 72 hours
2. Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate with at least one dose and three weeks have elapsed
3. Certificate of release from covid-19 disease within the last six months.
