WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The event starts at 19:30. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the event to avoid delays. 

For your entertainment, there will be an opportunity to enjoy music and drink a glass of sparkling wine. You can also buy snacks, take beautiful pictures in our photo zone, and chat with friends.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

🅿️ If you have purchased a VIP package, then at the entrance to Kourion you simply need to show your tickets and you will be allowed to enter the parking lot at the top of the amphitheatre.

If you don't have a VIP package with a parking option, PUBLIC PARKING will be organized at the exit to Kourion FOR FREE, from where special shuttle buses will run to the venue. So you don’t need to walk. 

There will also be a shuttle service BACK to the PUBLIC PARKING after the event. Shuttle services from general parking to the venue and back are also free of charge.

DO YOU PROVIDE SHUTTLE/TRANSFERS TO THE VENUE?

WILL THE ENTIRE PERFORMANCE SIT COMFORTABLY ON THE STONE BENCHES OF KOURION?

We care about your comfort and have prepared special pillows free of charge for all our guests that will allow you to spend the evening in comfort.

WILL THERE BE A STAGE FOR DANCERS?

To ensure an unforgettable experience, we're crafting a one-of-a-kind special ballet stage that promises an exceptional view from every corner of the amphitheatre. We will build a remarkable stage measuring 16 by 10 meters, adorned with state-of-the-art LED screens. What's more, our technical dream team hails not only from Cyprus but also includes experts from the renowned Bolshoi Theatre, who will be orchestrating a symphony of sound and light. 

WHAT IS A “RESTRICTED VIEW”? WILL I SEE SOMETHING?

Although the amphitheatre of Kourion is remarkable for the clear view from almost every corner and every seat, there are a few sectors where the view could be limited. For example, seats behind the orchestra could have a limited view because of the musicians. Sectors at the very edges of Kourion could have limited views because of the stage design.

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING MY CHILDREN, AT WHAT AGE ARE THEY ALLOWED TO ENTER? IS A DISCOUNT FORESEEN FOR FAMILIES?

We consider our event as 15+. Of course, in certain cases, when children are so fond of ballet and grown up enough to enjoy the Gala event, our guests can bring them. However, we want to highlight that it's a 1h30m event and it could be quite difficult for kids to fully enjoy the Gala without any issues for parents and/or other guests.

Also, please note that due to the specifics of the venue, there is no possibility to keep children seated on your knees (at Kourion there are no regular seats with backrests), so you have to purchase an additional ticket for them. There are no discounts for children.

IS THE SPECIFIC DRESS CODE COMPULSORY FOR ADMITTANCE TO THE EVENTS?

There is no compulsory dress code, but cocktail attire is recommended. This will create a special atmosphere.

Since the event will take place in the evening, we recommend that you bring clothes that you can put on if it gets chilly.

IS THE LIBRETTO INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TICKET?

Yes, the regular libretto is included in the ticket price.

For guests with VIP tickets, a more detailed booklet is provided.

CAN I BRING A SMALL BACKPACK AND UMBRELLA?

Yes, it is possible to enter with a small backpack and a small/folding umbrella (with no sharp points). On the other hand, it is forbidden to introduce cases, trolley cases, bags, backpacks or other bulky containers (over 15 litres).

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?

It is not possible to bring food or drinks into the Kourion. Plastic bottles larger than 0.5 litres and any other bottle, container or glass/plastic objects are forbidden. But don’t worry, there will be arranged a catering service, where you will be able to buy drinks and small appetizers.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA?

It is forbidden to bring video cameras or professional or semi-professional cameras.

I AM A DISABLED PERSON: IS A REDUCTION IN TICKET PRICE FORESEEN IN THIS CASE?

Tickets for the disabled are free, but their number is limited.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY TICKET?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date and/or sector. Ticket refunds before the event are never provided. Refunds will be provided only in case the event is cancelled.

I AM UNABLE TO PRINT OUT MY TICKET – CAN I SHOW IT IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT?

It is not necessary to print your ticket, you can also enter by showing the ticket on your smartphone.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF SOMEONE FROM THE ARTISTS CAN’T ARRIVE IN CYPRUS?

We will make equal replacements.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

In case of bad weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay the start of the event up to 2 hours.
