About the event:
Continuing on the path of raising women's voices in contemporary theatre - that was initiated with the performance “Cry” by Lena Kitsopoulou, Larnaka 2030 presents the performance “Bodies we fa|| for”. Two young women unfold their truth. Their raw, accessible and inclusive truth about love. Based on true narratives, the performance-documentary asks exactly what its title entails: what bodies (eventally) do we fall in love with?
"Bodies we fa|| for" is the first performance in Cyprus created from scratch in terms of creative accessibility and incorporating dramatic accessibility elements, live interpretation in Cypriot sign language and supertitling for people with auditory disabilities, as well as tactile tour and audio description elements for persons with visual disabilities. The performance is accessible to people with visual, auditory and motor disabilities and includes interpretation in Cypriot dialect.
