Nicosia 2030 presents the Greek National Opera Professional Dance School on 10 and 11 July 2024
With education being one of the key pillars of Nicosia 2030 (Candidate City for European Capital of Culture), organization running Nicosia’s bid and the Nicosia International Festival (NIF) are expanding their collaboration with the Greek National Opera (GNO) on education issues. The Festival, which first hosted the GNO Ballet as part of the Nicosia International Festival 2021 ("Dance with my shadow" choreographed by Constantinos Rigos), proudly presents the GNO Higher Professional School of Dance in the Parallel Program of the Nicosia International Festival for a series of performances and workshops for dance lovers. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the School presents the anniversary performance "Progression", under the artistic curation of its Director of Studies Yorghos Matskaris, at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre on July 10th and 11th at 20:30.

Sergei Orlov is embarking on a European summer tour, where he will visit Spain for the first time, and perform again in Serbia and Cyprus! As part of the tour, a completely new program called "Transitional Age" will be presented.
Sergei Orlov is one of the most popular independent stand-up comedians. His humor is direct but not banal. He speaks in understandable language, avoiding abstraction and absurdity, refraining from overusing trendy terminology and complex concepts. Some of his jokes can easily appeal to the older generation, and they will laugh at them. Sergei doesn't attempt to destroy everything people knew about the world; he simply tells funny jokes.

GOOM GUM
Goom Gum is a duo of DJs and producers created in 2018.
Their first tracks were immediately noticed, supported and regularly continue to be included in their sets and radio shows by top artists of the global electronic scene such as Solomun, Pete Tong, Tale Of Us, Armin Van Buuren, CamelPhat, Deadmau5, Adriatique, Adam Beyer and many others.
Their releases on the world's best dance labels (Afterlife, Armada, Mau5trap, Tomorrowland Music, Renaissance, Toolroom, Spinnin, etc.) never disappear from the dance charts for a single day. Their collaboration with Argy "Pantheon", released on Aftelife, reached #1 on the main chart on beatport.com. The banger "It's A Lot" reached No. 1 on the UK club dance chart, and Pete Tong listed it as one of the top five dance anthems of 2019.
In 2020, Tomorrowland's official festival radio, One World Radio, has included Goom Gum on their "One of the 2020" list of 20 of the most exciting and up-and-coming artists that are recommended to listen to. Pete Tong invited Goom Gum for a guest mix of "Hot Mix". In 2021, Pete Tong & Goom Gum's joint single "Signal" was released on the Renaissance Records.
The founders of the Tale Of Us label (Anyma and MRAK) have been regularly playing Goom Gum tracks at their shows for the past 2 years with epic audio visuals that have amazed and flooded all social media feeds.
