“Poetry oν invasion and displacement” by the Nicosia International Festival 2024
The two organization present the poetry concert titled "Poetry on invasion and displacement". The concert, which is part of the Program #ThePoet, launched this year by the Nicosia International Festival, will take place on 13 October 2024 (19:00), at the Town Hall at Eleftherias Square.

The curator of the concert Elena Mouzala attempts connection between past - present – future at the 50th anniversary of the Turkish Invasion, aiming to familiarize and connect the audience with the poetic creations inspired by the Invasion.
The actor Christoforos Christoforou will recite poems by Cypriot poets (Vassilis Michaelides, Kyriakos Charalambides, Costas Montis, Michalis Pasiardis, Androula Toumazou and others) and the singer Herodotos Miltiadous will perform songs, including:
"I do not forget" (Michalis Pasiardis - Nasos Panagiotou)
"Famagusta" (Niki Katsiaouni - Michalis Christodoulides)
"My Own Homeland" (Nessier Yasin - Marios Tokas).
