The play “Lelya and Minka", for children and “adults””, by the famous director Konstantin Soya, a graduate of two famous St. Petersburg workshops (V.M. Filshtinsky and Grigory Kozlov), based on the stories of Mikhail Zoshchenko “Lelya and Minka” will soon be in Cyprus!

Tequilajazzz will perform for the first time in Limassol on September 27th as part of their Tequilajazzz Family in Exile tour.

Tequilajazzz is one of the most iconic groups on the rock and alternative scene in Russia.

After Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine, Tequilajazzz suspended their concert activities in Russia, and the band’s leader, Evgeny Fedorov, left the country a week after the war began.

In February 2023, Tequilajazzz decided to resume their concert activities with both old and new material in a partially renewed lineup, because the music must go on.

“We look at the world with surprise, bewilderment, and sometimes with fear,” says Tequilajazzz leader Evgeny Fedorov. He is clearly losing his mind and does not seem to notice that he is fighting and dancing on the edge of the abyss. We meanwhile just compose songs that contain our thoughts about what to do and where to run – or vice versa: how to stay in the crowd and survive, looking at civilization flying into hell.”

«ΣΚΑΜΜΑΤΑ». Πρώτη προβολή ντοκιμαντέρ του Τμήματος Αρχαιοτήτων Κύπρου, σε σκηνοθεσία Δανάης Στυλιανού

Tο Τμήμα Αρχαιοτήτων του Υφυπουργείου Πολιτισμού παρουσιάζει το ντοκιμαντέρ «Σκάμματα» σε σκηνοθεσία Δανάης Στυλιανού. Η παραγωγή του ντοκιμαντέρ είχε ως αφορμή την επέτειο των πενήντα χρόνων από τo πραξικόπημα και την Τουρκική εισβολή στην Κύπρο. Κύπριοι και ξένοι αρχαιολόγοι, καθώς και μέλη του τότε προσωπικού του Τμήματος Αρχαιοτήτων, ανασκάπτουν την προσωπική μνήμη, ψηλαφούν το συλλογικό τραύμα του πολέμου και σκιαγραφούν τις συνέπειές του στην κυπριακή αρχαιολογία. Συνυφαίνοντας αρχειακό υλικό από ανασκαφές, με συγκλονιστικές προσωπικές μαρτυρίες, το ντοκιμαντέρ «Σκάμματα» αναδεικνύει σημαντικές στιγμές της κυπριακής αρχαιολογίας, πριν και μετά τα τραγικά γεγονότα του 1974.
