About the event:
It's a hilarious Greek comedy that you will remember for a long time! In a brothel, three greedy petty bourgeois, a prostitute with erotic issues, two Russian prostitutes, one specializing in Thai massage and the other in pole dancing, a fan of Marinella, a lying scumbag and a picture of cross-eyed Saint Christoforos they get messy, and they entertain you non-stop for 90 minutes! It was written at the beginning of the economic crisis at Greece {2010} from the successful twin playwrights Reppas & Papathanasiou with many theatre and film successes. Their humour “breaks bones”, but it is one of the basic elements of their personality that makes them stand out. RAUS makes you laugh a lot. Only after all this laughter you understand how hard and bitter this text is.

Ledra Music Soloists presents an enchanting evening of art-song titled “Aphrodite’s Song”, featuring soprano Marianna Suri and pianist Nicolas Costantinou.
The concert is dedicated to the diverse and multifaceted portrayal of female characters, as they come to life through myths, 19th-century European literature, 20th-century Cypriot poetry, and the island's popular traditions. The figures of Phidylé, Mignon, Sappho, and Ondine, along with the Cypriot maiden, are connected through the metaphorical presence of Aphrodite—a representation of the modern woman. Aphrodite, a symbol of timeless femininity, adds an extra layer of meaning to the exploration of passions, contradictions, and the strength that defines the female experience.

Мы решили рассказать маленьким зрителям о Самом Важном. Что может быть важнее Любви и что может быть сложнее, чем рассказ о ней? Мы с актерами вспомнили, как в самом раннем возрасте, еще в детском саду, мы влюблялись, чего больше всего боялись и стеснялись, какие роковые ошибки совершали. Может быть после этого разговора-игры детям станет легче разобраться во всех этих хитросплетениях, непонятных даже нам, взрослым.

Το θεατρικό έργο 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche των Andrew Hobgood και Evan Linder παρουσιάστηκε για πρώτη φορά στην ελληνική γλώσσα σε σκηνοθεσία της Εβίτας Ιωάννου, στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος theYard.Residency.21 του Κέντρου Παραστατικών Τεχνών ΜΙΤΟΣ. Η παράσταση έκανε πρεμιέρα τον Δεκέμβριο του 2021, πραγματοποιώντας ένα κύκλο 35 sold out παραστάσεων σε Λεμεσό, Λευκωσία και Αθήνα.

Το ΘΕΑΤΡΟ ΔΕΝΤΡΟ και ο ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΤΙΚΟΣ ΟΡΓΑΝΙΣΜΟΣ «ΥΠΟΓΑίΑ» παρουσιάζουν το αριστουργηματικό έργο του Γουίλιαμ Σαίξπηρ «Ριχάρδος Β'», μια παράσταση που εξερευνά τα όρια της εξουσίας και την τραγική πτώση ενός βασιλιά. Μια παράσταση που φωτίζει την αέναη πάλη του ανθρώπου με την εξουσία και τον εαυτό του.
Σε σκηνοθεσία Λέανδρου Ταλιώτη, το έργο παρακολουθεί την πορεία του Ριχάρδου Β', ενός νεαρού μονάρχη που μέσα από την πτώση του ανακαλύπτει την αληθινή του ταυτότητα. Ένας χαρακτήρας ευγενικός αλλά αδύναμος, που η απομάκρυνσή του από την πραγματικότητα τον οδηγεί στην καταστροφή.
Η παράσταση αναδεικνύει τη μαεστρική τέχνη του Σαίξπηρ στην απεικόνιση της σταδιακής αφύπνισης του βασιλιά, καθώς η προδοσία και η εγκατάλειψη τον περικυκλώνουν. Μέσα από μια συγκλονιστική διαδρομή αυτογνωσίας, ο έκπτωτος βασιλιάς ανακαλύπτει την αληθινή του βασιλική υπόσταση τη στιγμή ακριβώς που χάνει το στέμμα του.
Το έργο τοποθετείται στο ιστορικό πλαίσιο των γεγονότων που πυροδότησαν τον Πόλεμο των Ρόδων, αποτελώντας μια βαθιά μελέτη πάνω στη φύση της εξουσίας, της ταυτότητας και της ανθρώπινης συνείδησης.
